  • Leadership training program 2025 at BSSS

Bhopal: Education Commission, Archdiocese of Bhopal hosted School Cabinet Conclave 2025 at The Bhopal School of Social Sciences (BSSS) Bhopal on Saturday bringing together young leaders to engage, inspire, and prepare for the responsibilities of tomorrow. 718 Students from 35 schools participated in this leadership Training Program. The conclave was designed to empower student representatives with leadership skills, teamwork, and a vision for responsible governance within the academic environment.

The day began with registration followed by a grand inaugural ceremony, wherein Dr Fr John P J welcomed the young leaders to BSSS for the leadership Training Program. The event was graced by the Archbishop of Bhopal, Dr. A. A. S. Durairaj. In his inspiring words, Bishop Durairaj emphasized the importance of values-driven leadership and urged students to become more responsible in their roles as young leaders. His message set the tone for the day, reminding participants that leadership is not merely about authority but about responsibility and service to others.

Students then participated in three focused sessions across departmental venues, covering themes of leadership, innovation, and responsibility, each encouraging dialogue and knowledge-sharing. These sessions provided a platform for cabinet members to exchange ideas and strengthen their role as change agents within their institutions.

The day concluded with a vibrant cultural segment titled Rhythm followed by the Vote of Thanks by Fr Ronald Vaughan, Secretary Education Commission where the collective spirit of learning and leadership was celebrated. The conclave ended with a fellowship lunch, symbolizing unity and camaraderie.
