Dasalakshan Parv, a ten-day festival dedicated to the purification and awakening of the soul, offers a profound solution to life’s deep conflicts. Muni Shri Praman Sagar Maharaj on Wednesday emphasized that among the ten fundamental religions, forgiveness stands out as the most essential and humane practice. It serves as a balm for the inner turmoil caused by anger, resentment, and strained relationships. In today’s society, where individuals are easily offended, the act of forgiveness becomes increasingly challenging.
In an era dominated by social media, where a single comment or post can trigger emotional distress, forgiveness transcends a mere religious concept; it transforms into a vital remedy for mental well-being. It is not solely about pardoning others but liberating oneself from the burdens of anger and pain. By embracing forgiveness, individuals can untangle the heavy knots of negativity within.
Spokesperson Avinash Jain announced a series of daily rituals during the festival, beginning with Lord’s Abhishek and Shantidhara at 5:25 AM, followed by the inauguration of Bhavanayoga Mandap and flag hoisting at 5:45 AM. The schedule also includes Nityaniyam Poojan, Dashlakshan Vidhan, and daily sermons by Muni Shri, all of which will be streamed live through an authentic app.
