Russia, Aug 24 (UNI) Russian air defence systems shot down 95 Ukrainian drones over Russian regions early on Sunday, the Russian Defence Ministry said.
“During the past night, air defence systems on duty intercepted and destroyed 95 Ukrainian unmanned aerial vehicles,” the ministry said in a statement.
The drones were intercepted over the Bryansk, Tver, Kaluga, Oryol, Tambov, Novgorod, Belgorod, Rostov, Kursk, Smolensk, Samara, Leningrad regions, the republics of Crimea and Tatarstan, according to the statement.
