- Railway postpones maintenance work
The railway administration has temporarily postponed the maintenance work scheduled at Durgapur station, part of the Asansol division of Eastern Railway. As a result, the operation of previously canceled trains has now been restored, benefiting travelers between Howrah and Bhopal.
According to railway officials, trains will resume running on their scheduled days, times, and routes as before. Passengers can now travel without facing any issues.
Trains to be operated again:
* Train number 13025 Howrah-Bhopal Express will depart from Howrah on 15 September 2025.
* Train number 13026 Bhopal-Howrah Express will leave from Bhopal on 17 September 2025.
The railway administration advises passengers to utilize the authorized railway enquiry service NTES, call 139, or use the Rail Madad app to check the actual status of trains before embarking on their journey and to plan accordingly.
