- RPF reunites minor with family
Bhopal. Under the guidance of Divisional Railway Manager Mr. Dewashish Tripathi, Bhopal Division prioritizes both passenger safety and social welfare. As part of “Operation Nanhe Farishte” (Operation Little Angels), the Railway Protection Force (RPF) once again demonstrated its human sensitivity by safely protecting a minor boy.
On June 5, 2025, RPF Constable Vijay Kant Sharma, while on escort duty between Bina and Bhopal on train number 12722, found a minor boy in suspicious circumstances. Upon questioning, the boy identified himself as Farman, 15, son of Nausad Khan, from Chhoti Bajariya, Bina. He stated he had come to Bhopal in search of work and had lost contact with his family. He provided his parents’ mobile number.
The RPF promptly brought the boy to the RPF Post in Bhopal. Here, SIPF Sandhya Chaudhary thoroughly questioned the child and informed Mr. Dhaniram Pawar, a member of the Child Welfare Committee (CWC).
As per CWC directives, the minor was officially handed over to his family through the Nitya Seva Society, Bhopal. This entire operation was conducted under “Operation Nanhe Farishte,” a special railway campaign dedicated to child safety and rehabilitation.
Senior Divisional Commercial Manager Mr. Saurabh Kataria lauded the effort, stating that the RPF’s vigilance and humane approach have provided timely assistance to many innocent children.
