536 Urology patients register for treatment in 100th free camp

  • 70 identified for surgery

Bhopal, A significant milestone was achieved with 536 patients registering for treatment and surgeries in the 100th Free Urology Camp at Sewa Sadan Eye Hospital in Sant Hirdaram Nagar. Among them, 402 are male and 134 are female patients.

Led by Dr. C.P. Devani, Dr. Sudhir Lokwani, and Dr. Gaurav Bavadiya, daily consultations were held to assess the patients’ conditions. Meanwhile, Dr. Deepak Jhangiani and Dr. Naresh Himthani conducted essential tests, including pathology, X-rays, sonography, and fitness assessments.

From the total registrations, 70 patients were identified with various urological issues, including 18 cases of Hernia, 9 of kidney stones, 4 of bladder stones, 4 with urinary tract stones, 1 with hydrocele, 22 suffering from enlarged prostate, and 12 with other urinary diseases. These identified patients will undergo surgery from March 28 to March 30, 2025.

Registrations came from various regions, with 394 from Bhopal, and others from nearby districts like Shajapur, Sehore, Raisen, and even from Uttar Pradesh and Gujarat. The camp continues its mission to provide free healthcare services and treatment to those in need.
