Bhopal: According to the complaints registered in the war room of Bhopal Railway Division, security related problems were faced in 40 percent trains. Passengers had to face problems like theft, fights, seat occupation and mostly overcrowding. In total, more than 8000 passengers told security issues.

Water runs out in 15-20 pc trains
The problem of water in railways also remains serious. Complaints of running out of water were received in 15-20 pc cases during the journey in trains. This figure is more than 3700. Passengers are forced to register their problems by calling the railway helpline.
This problem is being seen more especially in long distance trains. Apart from Rajdhani, it includes trains like Kushinagar Express, Punjab Mail and Malwa Express.
More than 2200 complaints regarding cleanliness
Railways makes big claims about cleanliness of trains, but the reality is that in the last three months, more than 2200 passengers have lodged complaints about the dirt and lack of cleanliness in trains. Dirty toilets, dust on seats and smelly coaches have become a cause of trouble for the passengers.
Passengers troubled by delay in trains
The delay in trains of Bhopal Railway Division is also under question. More than 1600 passengers lodged complaints about the delay in the train. Many times passengers reach their destination much later than the scheduled time, making their journey inconvenient.
