16 GSP students complete training in Singapore

Bhopal: Minister of State for Skill Development and Employment, Gautam Tetwal, said that collaboration with a prestigious international institution like Singapore’s ITEES is extremely significant for strengthening Madhya Pradesh’s skill development ecosystem. He stated that ITEES has been a key partner in establishing the world-class Sant Shiromani Ravidas Global Skill Park in Bhopal, and this partnership has given Madhya Pradesh a strong identity on the international skilling map. Tetwal made these remarks on Friday during his visit to ITEES. Tetwal is on an official visit to Singapore from 2 to 7 January.

Tetwal said that the objective of the visit goes beyond institutional study; it is also to understand how youth can be prepared for global competition and industry requirements through future-ready skill training. He explained that Singapore’s skilling model is closely integrated with industry, where there is a clear alignment among training, technical proficiency, and employment. Such experiences, he said, will help make skill training in Madhya Pradesh more effective.

Minister STetwal informed that an exposure training program for 16 students of the Sant Shiromani Ravidas Global Skill Park was successfully conducted in Singapore from 17 to 25 December 2025, including seven girls. He said this achievement demonstrates that the skill development policies adopted in Madhya Pradesh are delivering positive results on the ground.
