Amroha (UP), July 20 (UNI) Rail traffic on Delhi-Lucknow route was disrupted after 10 coaches of a freight train derailed near Amroha railway station on Saturday, official sources said here.
According to railway sources 10 coaches of the freight train from Moradabad to Delhi derailed near Amroha railway station disrupting rail traffic on Moradabad-Delhi route.
Sources said that the railway track has been badly damaged due to derailment. Teams of divisional officers, Railway Protection Force (RPF) and Government Railway Police have reached the spot and are investigating the matter.
