On the coming month of Ramzan the Kashmir Chief Minister Mehbooba Mufti and Mr.Omar Abdullah suggested that during this month Army should observe ceasefire on action against terrorist.
The Army Chief General Bipin Rawat said that it was for the terrorists to maintain peace and if they persists, the Army and Para Military Force would retaliate the same way.
Many leaders suggested that ceasefire in the Valley would be the exercise in futality rather they would use the ceasefire as a period to regroup and reorganize themselves.
Actually this is what is happening there. After Friday prayer at Srinagar Jama Masjid on coming out the mob attacked the military and Army personnel posted there. The terrorist and Hurriat and Lashkar organization have not observed the ceasefire rather they aggravated the situation. So is the Army and armed police are also taking stern action.
It is quite clear that recently the Gilani and other anti-India element somehow managed to receive the funds from the Pakistan and stone pelting on large scales are revived again. The Army operation ‘All out’ is also going on to deal with the situation. Now the terrorists have declared that they would target the Army and Armed Police.
The ceasefire proposals never become effective. Still Mehbooba and Pakistan also suggesting that India and Pakistan should held talks over Kashmir issue. Prime Minister Mr.Narendra Modi on assuming the office initiated the move to hold dialogue with Pakistan and Foreign Secretary level meeting fixed at Delhi.
But the Pakistan High Commissioner to India Mr.Basit held consultations with the separatists leaders in Kashmir and tried to show them as third Party in the issue on such diplomatic mischief India cancelled the meeting and declared that no more talks with the Pakistan and Army ordered to deal with the military situation in Valley to wipe them out under operation All Out.
The Pakistan Army has said when there is in diplomacy the war is evitable, but added presently there were no possibility of war between the two countries.
The Kashmir issue soon after the Independence in the year 1948 and now the dispute is 70 years old and still as it is. In these long years the issue lingered on and tossed by other powers in the United Nations and remained unsettled as Pakistan has not implemented the UN formula.
It suggested that Pakistan would vacate the captured area and then India would hold plebiscite there. The Pakistan never vacated the area and India could not proceed further.
At Simla Agreement it become bilateral issue and it also could move further as the Pakistan wished to make Kashmir a third party issue including militant leaders, which is clear violation of Simla Agreement and third party is not acceptable to India and actually no scope of Indo-Pakistan talks is on the Kashmir.
