Reliance Mobile expands retail chain

Reliance Mobile, the number one private telecom company of MP and CG has taken an initiative to get still closer to its customers by expanding its retail chain in MP. In this context the company has launched more retail points across the state, which are in addition to the thousands of existing retailers.
According to Santanu Chakrabarty, Regional Head, MP, CG and Orissa, Reliance Communications, the company has strengthened its chain of Reliance Mobiloe Stores (RMS), Mini RMSs, FOFO (Franchisee Owned Franchisee Operated) stores, GSM Touch Points and Reliance World stores. Presently Reliance Communications has 111 such stores across the State, covering all the major districts. These include 32 Reliance Mobile Stores, 14 Mini Reliance Mobile Stores, 19 FOFOs, 38 GSM Touch Points and eight Reliance World stores. All the products and services of Reliance Communications including handsets, plans, bill payments facilities are available to the customers at these centres. The company plans to provide such assistance centres to its customers at the minimum possible distance from their residence or places of work. With this objective the expansion of the retail chain having these centres will continue, he added.
