Agencies Mysore, July 30: Following heavy rains in catchment areas coming under Kodagu district, the water level in Krishnaraja Sagar reservoir across River Cauvery, rose by three feet during the last 24 hours. The level in the reservoir today was 94.80 feet against the maximum level of 124.80 feet. The inflow was 27,529 cusecs, while outflow was suspended. With rains continuing in Kodagu district, the inflow was expected to increase, irrigation department officials said. Meanwhile, the Kabini reservoir authorities maintained the water level in it at 2281.4 feet aginst the maximum level of 2284 feet. The inflow into the main tributary of Cauvery was 25,323 cusecs and the outflow was 20,000 cusecs.
