Altogether navies of 13 countries (including India) are participating in Milan 2010, which is a biennial conglomeration of Asia-Pacific Maritime Navies at Port Blair, the capital city of Andaman and Nicobar Islands, to foster bonds of friendship across the seas.

''Milan is perhaps the lone platform in India where troops of other friendly navies take part in Drills with Indian Navy, Army and Airforce Troops. Visiting Navies also presented glimpses of their culture in the form of 'Lion Dance' by the Singapore Navy, 'Silver Dance' by Malaysia Navy and a 'Martial Arts' display by Thailand Navy, while the Indian Army presented 'Khukari' and 'Lezim Dance'.
