New Delhi, Jan 8:
Lohia Auto Industries Ltd (LAI), a wholly owned subsidiary of the Lohia Group, today said it targets to sell about 15,000 units of its existing models by March 2011, and will launch two electric scooters in the next fiscal.
''We will launch two new models in next fiscal,'' company HOD (Sales, Marketing and Planning) Sunit Awasthi said at the 10th Auto Expo here.
The company may also look at rolling out a hybrid scooter, he added.
Revealing the dealership plans, Mr Awasti said the company would like to maintain its focus in Delhi and plans to expand its dealership from the existing 11 to 25 in the next financial year.
He added that the company expects to clock Rs 15 crore revenue from the two-wheeler segment in FY11.
The company's Kashipur facility in Uttarakhand has a capacity to manufacture two lakh bikes per year.
