By Our Staff Reporter Bhopal, Nov 27: The National Bank for Agriculture and Rural Development (NABARD) has sanctioned Rs 33.15 crore for Madhya Pradesh to set up 60 primary health centres (PHCs) in 28 districts. The move is expected to generate 10.65 lakh man-days' employment. With this, the total Rural Infrastructure Development Fund sanction made by NABARD to the state since 1995-96 reached Rs 7,220.47 cr, an official release said. RIDF is for projects vis-a-vis irrigation, rural roads, bridges, mini hydroelectric power, system improvement in the power sector, school buildings and health centres. The PHCs are to be established in Anuppur, Ashoknagar, Barwani, Balaghat, Betul, Chhatarpur, Chhindwara, Damoh, Datia, Dhar, Dindori, Harda, Jabalpur, Jhabua, Khargone, Mandla, Mandsaur, Morena, Rewa, Shahdol, Shajapur, Sheopur, Shivpuri, Seoni, Tikamgarh, Ujjain, Umaria and Vidisha.
