Severe cold weather continues at night |

Bhopal Posted On Tuesday, November 24, 2009 | By Our Staff Reporter Bhopal, Nov 24: There is some relief from the biting cold weather in the afternoon but there is spine-chilling cold at night. The mercury is static at 10 degree Celsius at night and people have taken out their woolen clothes and quilt to save themselves from the excesses of weather. Since there was sunshine in State capital and many other places on Tuesday consequently the day temperature became normal which was below normal before. Day temperature of state capital was 26 degrees today. Last night minimum temperature was 10.4 degrees which was three degrees below normal. Similarly the effect of cold weather has mitigated in Indore, Gwalior and Jabalpur during daytime but the nights are still cold. Temperature is rising in cities like Datiya and Mandala which were experiencing spine chilling cold till now but the cold is becoming more severe in Rewa division. During last 24 hours the coldest place was Rewa where minimum temperature of 7 degrees was recorded.
