Two Indians killed in Riyadh

Dubai, Nov 18: 
Two Indians, both from Uttar Pradesh, were killed in a tragic accident in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia when a Turkish mechanic overran the pavement in his four wheeler.
The automechanic, who did not have a licence, had taken his vehicle for a test drive when the accident occurred in the Shifa industrial area.
Both the victims were from Uttar Pradesh in India. Nafees Ahmed, 38, of Allahabad died on the spot, while Kismat Ali, 35, of Jaisingapur died 15 hours after being admitted to the Al-Eman Hospital.
They were working as welders in a factory in the Shifa district, reports in Saudi dailies said.
The mechanic fled the scene following the accident.
