Sreesanth, was in the town today for inauguration ceremony of the Kanni Thahryamal Trophy T-20 Cricket Tournament at Sanskar School.
The cricketer has been out from Team India due to his injuries since 2011, “I will be try my best to come back in the Team India early next year, he said.” I am working hard over my fitness at the National Cricket Academy, Bangluru and I have been playing club cricket, he said and adding that I also played last Ranji match of Andra Pradesh to prove my fitness and during the couple of weeks I would go for fitness test.
Confident Sreesanth said it does not matter that Umesh Yadav and other bowlers are performing well while I am gearing up for come back in the team. Stylish Sreesanth said I am recovering fast and as many as 12 surgeries have been done so far in the both right and left legs but despite it I feel no problems to play cricket now. I will play Indian Premier League (IPL) next year and I am ready for this, said 30 year old Sreesanth.
He did not play any match in the last IPL due to injury.
He played and only practice match. My debut in Indian team was in 2005 and I was always supported by the team mates and along with the skipper M S Dhoni.
“I have been training hard and I want to play cricket again and that’s why I make a plan for this,” the cricketer said. Replying to a question, he said that I am composer and 9 songs had come so far and now working over 10th songs. My band S36 is going well and it is being run by my brother-in-law, he said.
Sreesanth, had played 27 Test matches and took 87 wickets so far. While playing for 53 One-day international cricket matches, he took 75 wickets but was out from both of the formats since 2011 due to injury.
