The richness and beauty of the classical music and dance was witnessed by the Bhopalites on Sunday. The classical programme under the series Uttaradhikar was organised on Sunday at Madhya Pradesh State Tribal Museum.
The Bhopalites were enthralled to listen to sarangi recital by Ali Ahmad Khan and Mohammad Ahmad Khan. They are the disciple of renowned sarangi player Ustad Naseer Khan. After this renowned Bharatnatyam dancer Shweta Devendra and her disciples gave scintillating performances at the show.
Shweta is the director of Padmrang Dance Academy. Her disciples Trisha Kaushik, Ashwini, Malvika, Aditi, Vaishnavi, Deepika, Aishwarya, Nitya Kosharia, Pooja Paul and Arkaja Chauhan held the audience spellbound with their charming performance.
The audience were taken aback with the startling Bharatnatyam performance of Shweta Devendra and her disciples.
The expressions on their faces and the movement of their eyes were charisma of the performance.They performed the pure Bharatnatyam maintaining its elegance on stage. Their graceful gestures and mudras, besides the expressions simply usher the viewers into a world of beauty and devotion.
The audience were enrapture with their performance. The richness and beauty of both the dance forms mesmerised the spectators at Tribal Museum.
