People’s voice to be reflected in ticket distribution: Rahul

Congress vice-president Rahul Gandhi today said the party is working on a new process for distribution of tickets for the Lok Sabha election wherein people’s voice will be reflected in ticket distribution.

Talking to reporters here, Rahul, who held a  meeting with chairmen of the newly-constituted screening committees of the Congress to select candidates for the Lok Sabha polls,  said,”we are following a new process regarding ticket
distribution (for the Lok Sabha polls) to ensure that people’s voice is reflected.”
Rahul said for the first time, the party was working on a formal structure for distribution of tickets.
