Panic created in Trilanga area, forest staff on toes
Chronicle Reporter, Bhopal, Wild animals are creating a panic once again in the capital. Now the panther movement has been observed last night in Trilanga area. This time its activities were also captured in a CCTV installed in a house.
According to information, a panther had entered the house of a person named Surendra Gupta, living in Trilanga area at around 4am in the morning of Friday. All the movement of that big cat in and around the house is captured in CCTVs.
It was good most of the residents of that area were sleeping inside the houses at that time, so there was no unpleasant incident happened.
In the morning when people of the house checked CCTV footage, they found a panther movement in them. Since then there is a panic in the locality. After getting the information staff of forest department also reached there. On the instructions of the officials of forest department huge staff has also been deployed there.
Deputy ranger of the flying squad said that it is confirmed that it was leopard was strayed in Trilanga area and entered in the campus of Mr. Satendra Gupta’s house located in Shahpura at in the wee hours of Friday.
He said that we have collected the CCTV footages and also recovered pug marks of the leopard from the spot. But we have also annunciated to all the residents of the area to not to panic as this panther has now moved back to the jungle through the hill located in between Shahpura and Kaliyasot forest area, still we are closely watching the area. He also said that the panther may have come here to hunt stray dogs.
It is worth mentioning that earlier on wednesday night also, a panther was spoted in Kolar area.
