Pak crush India by six wkts

PakIndia who recovered to 227-6 from the dumps at 29-5, went down by 0-1 in the series as Paksitan hitting up 228 losing four wickets to win the first of the three match series by seven wickets here today.
A 112-run stand for the third wicket between left handed opener Nasir Jamshed(101 not out, 132 bls, 3fours, one six.) and veteran Younis Khan(58) rallied Pakistan who lost two wickets cheaply for 23 runs .Shoib Malik remained not out on 34 off 35 balls, with three fours. He added 56 runs for the fifth wicket in an unfinished stand.

Their chase of 228 target came after Indian skipper M S Dhoni(113 n.o) pulled back the team into comfort zone after being reduced to 29-5. Dhoni hit up his eighth ODI ton and crossed the 7000 run mark. Hie had a 63 run stand with Suresh Raina(43) and 125 run unfinished stand for the seventh wicket with R Ashwin.
India began their battle to defend the score on a great note when off th very first ball of Pakistan’s innings,The UP pacer Bhuvaneswar Kumar, making his ODI debut in tandem with the T20 one, where he picked up three wickets in the first game, castled Pakistan opener Md Hafeez.

Pak were pushed on the defensive as they could get just six runs off the first three overs and 13 off 7.2 oves albeit some good batting to come.
However, Bhuvaneswar struck for a second time off the second ball of the tenth over having Azhar Ali caught by Rohit Sharma for 9.
Pakistan posted their 50 off 15.1 overs with left handed opener Nazir Jamshed and the experienced Younis Khan holding the fort. Hero with the bat R Ashwin who is the main spin bowler(off spin).

But he could not gain any breakthrough and Younis and Nasir pushed the score along to 72-2 as 21 overs were completed. The two posted the 100 mark off 25.4 overs forcing Dhoni to resort to some quick bwling changes.Nasir also survived a strong appel for bat-pad catch off Ashwin, Sehwag scooping up the ball at slip.
But it turned out to be a pad-bat snick.

Nasir went on to complete his 50 in the 28th over in which Pakistan were 111—2. Younis Khan reached his half century mark in the next over. Younis added 112 runs for the third wicket off 122 ballls for the third wicket Nasir MORE UNI VV GM RSA RK1849
As Pakistan were costing alsong to their victory target, Jamshed enjoyed life, dropped by Yuvraj off Ashok Dinda when his score was 68. With captain Misbah ul Haq , Jamshed saw Pak posting the 150 mark in the 32nd over. Pak took the batting powerplay between the 36 the and 40th overs. They required to score 62 runs from the last 14 overs after reaching 165-3 in 36 overs. Jamshed batting with aplomb.

But Pak suffered a set back when Ishant Sharma coming back for a fresh spell, castled captain Misba-ul-Haq(16,24 bls, one four).
The fourth wicket fell at the score of 172.
After 44 overs Shoib, who survived after being caught off a noball, and Nasir steered Pak to 202-4 the last six of the 50 overs remaining.

Five overs remaining they were 17 runs away from victory at 210-4 as Dinda came on to bowl again.
Nasir Jamshed then posted his 100 driving Bhuvaneswar Kumar.
