Jabalpur, MP, In an unambiguous warning to India’s western neighbour; Water Resources, River Development and Ganga Rejuvenation Minister Nitin Gadkari averred on Friday that if Pakistan does not cease exporting terror then not a single drop of water shall be supplied to that country from Indian rivers.
“The nation is supreme and playing fast and loose with its internal security shall not be tolerated. Pakistan has been made to bite the dust in three wars and that is precisely why it is seeking refuge in militancy,” the visiting politician said while addressing a Bharatiya Janata Party workers’ convention in this cantonment town.
Pointing out that cellular phones and weapons – appropriated from extremists who are either neutralised or arrested – are found to belong to the Pakistan Army, Mr Gadkari said that the adjacent country speaks untruth over that aspect.
“The Jhelum and other rivers flow into Pakistan from India,” he added.
