Mahatma Gandhi started political and social battle against the apartheid on South Africa. India under the leadership of Mr Modi is taking all steps to be a partner of African progress.

The stage is set for it. It is a permanent agenda of Mr Modi on his all foreign tour to meet Indian diaspora there. It started from Medicine Esquire New York during his US visit and in this African visit he addressed Indians there.
