Modi becoming PM will be disastrous to the Cong: Venkaiah Naidu

naiduAgencies, Hyderabad
Senior BJP leader M Venkaiah Naidu today alleged that Prime Minister Manmohan Singh headed a ‘coalition of corruption’ and was undoubtedly the weakest Prime Minister.

“Yes, Narendra Modi becoming the Prime Minister will be disastrous to the Congress party and there is a massive wave building up in favour of BJP under the leadership of Modi,” Mr Naidu said in a press conference here.    Any amount of misinformation campaign and denigration against Modi will not be able to stop his wave, he said, and added that the Congress is rattled since Mdoi has been declared as BJP’s Prime ministerial candidate and they do not have any answer to his leadership.

The announcement of retirement by Dr Singh at a recent Press conference at New Delhi was not exactly needed becouse the ‘people have decided about the retirment of the Congress party which was evident from the popularity rating of the UPA after the defeat in the recent assembly elections, he said.
