Officers penalised for negligence during Samadhan online

Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that good governance is the top priority of the state government. All the District Collectors should make constant efforts in this connection.
Make arrangements to obtain better results from the priority schemes and programmes of the state government. People’s grievances should be redressed on the spot through Jan Sunvai. CM Chouhan was addressing the Collectors in the Samadhan Online programme at Mantralaya today.
CM Chouhan stated that the works undertaken in the districts will be reviewed from March. Saplings planted under the Narmada Seva Mission should be secured during the summer season. Conduct physical verification of saplings planted under the mission.
A large plantation programme will be organized on July 2 again. Get the cases related to the self-employment approved by establishing coordination with the banks. Ensure to get the sufficient works done under the MNREGA in the drought affected areas.
Road must be constructed like earlier by the same agency, if it is dug for laying the potable water pipeline. Ongoing construction work of onion warehouses should be completed by April. The state government will make direct payment to the organizations for storing farmers’ crops under the Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana.
Ensure regular payment of Rs. One thousand monthly to each beneficiary of Sahariya, Baiga and Bhariya Tribe for nutritious food. Process of new sand mines through panchayats should be completed speedily. Ensure salaries to junior employees in time. Chalk out proper plan to supply potable water during the summer season from now itself.
Moreover, Chouhan mentioned that Kisan Sammelan will be organized on February 12 in Bhopal. Feedback will be taken from the farmers for various agriculture programmes and the price difference amount under the Bhavantar Bhugtan Yojana will be distributed during the convention. He said that registration for the procurement of Rabi crops should be started in time. Make serious efforts to redress the pension cases in all the districts.
Chouhan lauded the officer-employees, who have performed excellently for redressing the cases of C.M. helpline. The best performing districts include Hoshangabad, Alirajpur, Burhanpur, Shajapur and Balaghat district. The best performing jila panchayats are Hoshangabad, Alirajpur, Burhanpur, Shajapur and Khargone and best performing municipal corporations include Singrauli, Ratlam, Bhopal, Katni and Dewas.
Similarly, the best performing officers-employees include Incharge Assistant Engineer, Municipal Corporation-Sagar Arvind Pateria, RTO Jabalpur Jitendra Singh Raghuvanshi, Chief Executive Officer of Janpad Panchayat Betul Danish Ahmad Khan, Assistant Engineer P.H.E.- Narsinghpur S.L. Vishwakarma, Forest Circle Officer –Singrauli Vinay Kumar Singh, Assistant Engineer of Municipal Corporation-Singrauli J.P. Tripathi, Junior Supply Officer –Tikamgarh Sandeep Pandey, Assistant Engineer P.H.E. Shahdol V.N. Patel, CEO Cooperative –Rajgarh Vishesh Shrivastava and Executive Engineer Water Resources-Harda Ashok Kumar Jatav. It was informed that a new facility of chat boat is being introduced in the CM Helpline.
Grievances of 11 Applicants Redressed
It may be mentioned that the efforts to fulfill the commitment of the Chief Minister Chouhan for good governance and sensitiveness to solve the public problems are yielding good results speedily. During the Samadhan Online, action is being taken against the negligence of the officers towards the public problems and also fine is being imposed on them.
Hariprasad of village Anujgarh –Chitarangi tahsil of Singrauli district was unable to get a copy of khasra because his patta land was not registered on the computer. Even he was not paid compensation against crop damage. On his complaint during the Samadhan Online, he received the khasra copy besides an amount of Rs. 40 thousand as compensation against loss to crop.
Collector Singrauli informed that this amount will be recovered from the guilty revenue officers as penalty. Similarly, an amount of Rs. 5 thousand was provided to Ku. Rita Bai Bhilala of village Kankar of block Karahal- district Sheopur for delay in the case of schedule caste certificate by imposing penalty on the responsible sub-divisional officer of Jobat.
During the Samadhan Online, it has been said that an amount of Rs. 14 lakh will be provided to Rajkumar Chourha of viilage Bamana-Banda tahsil of district Sagar this month itself, against the compensation towards his land, which has come under the submergence of the dam.
Similarly, Sushri Arpita Kumari Saket of Village Tikar district Rewa got the scholarship of Rs. 25 thousand 400 for B.Sc. first year. ramsukh Kushwaha of village Atara –district Satna received scholarship amount of Rs. 4 thousand 719 during the Samadhan Online.
Ashok Yadav of Sanjay Nagar-Sanawad – district Khargone received Rs. 60 thousand against the second installment of Awas Yojana. Ramkishore Soni of tahsil Amanganj –district Panna got Rs. 56 thousand 160 against Bhavantar amount.
Furthermore, Roopram of tahsil Kannod-district Dewas received the marks sheet with corrections, which was pending due to the anomalies. Manish Kumar Patel of tahsil Panagar – district Jabalpur, who informed the Chief Minister Chouhan on the facebook about the case, received the subsidy amount of Rs. 2 lakh 70 thousand, which was pending against the approved pond for fisheries and agriculture activities.
The case of Shivnarayan Prajapati of tahsil Sarangpur – district Rajgarh was redressed as he had received incorrect electricity bill of Rs. 65 thousand despite interruption in electricity supply due to electricity pole which fell on the electricity line. In the same manner, Tulsidas of village Gorakhas-Janpad Panchayat Prithvipur of Tikamgarh district received an amount of Rs. One lakh 34 thousand against the construction of borewell during the programme.
