India spread its excellence in World on the basis of its power of youths

Delegation of Nonresident Indian youths meets Governor Smt Patel

Governor Smt Anandiben Patel, addressing a delegation of non-resident Indian youth at Rajbhavan today, said that our country is spreading its excellence on the basis of power of youth in the world.

That’s why it is necessary that mutual contact should be maintained between youths of India and other countries of the world. We will altogether play an important role in increasing peace and harmony in the world.

Principal Secretary to the governor, Dr M Mohanrao and principal secretary, tourism, Shri Hariranjan Rao, deputy secretary in the ministry of foreign affairs Shri Girish Chandra and non-resident Indian youths who arrived from foreign countries were present on the occasion.

Governor Smt Anandiben Patel said that India has emerged as a country with the fastest growing economy. All the countries of the world have an unprecedented opportunities to improve their economic condition with India. The role of youth is important in development of any country. Anywhere we can live, we should love our culture and civilisation. It should not be forgotten.

Deputy Secretary, Ministry of Foreign Affairs, Shri Girish Chandra said that purpose of this programme of ministry of foreign affairs is to introduce 18 to 30 years age group youth of Indian origin their roots and contemporary culture, civilisation, good governance and journey of development. The governor, on this occasion, presented mementos to non-resident Indian youths. The members of the delegation shared their experience with the Governor.
