Inauguration of Annual Sports Week at BSSS College

Bhopal: The Bhopal School of Social Sciences is organizing it’s Annual Sports Week from January 23rd till January 26th. The event was inaugurated on January 23rd at 10 a.m. in the morning in the College premises. Dr. G.S. Chouhan, Education Officer, UGC served as the Chief Guest and Dr. V Bharti, Deputy Registrar, BU Bhopal, acted as the Special Guest on the occasion. Several sporting events including cricket, volley-ball, basketball, chess, table-tennis, swimming, badminton and track and field activities will be organized throughout the Week.
All the matches of the competitions will be played on knock-out basis in which, 10 teams from all the courses will participate.
The inaugural ceremony was carried out with various cultural performances by the students. Principal of the College Dr. Fr. Joseph PP welcomed the guests and guided the students to maintain a competitive edge in their lives. Both the students and teachers participated in the sporting events.
