Chronicle Reporter, Bhopal, The government must form rules to reestablish and promote the artifacts prepared by the tribals and their heritage. Such views were expressed at a symposium on intellectual wealth organized at Gandhi Bhavan auditorium on the occasion of World Tribal Day. Scholars from India and abroad expressed their views.
Western Australia’s Global Centre for Art and Peace chairperson Lily Bhavana Kausar suggested amending geographical index related to Indian tribal community. She said without this sale or purchase of any artifact is not possible. She said the Government of India should take initiative in this direction after holding talks with the tribals.
Meanwhile on the 76th anniversary of Quit India Movement, Yuva Samvaad was organised at Gandhi Bhavan by Gandhi Bhawan Trust Bhopal. The event kick-started with the all religion prayer by the children from Parvarish the Museum School followed by a session on and around Quit India Movement in past and present context.
The participants included Umang Shridhar, founder Kha Digi, Anuradha Shankar, ADGP MP Police, Srishti Sargam, Naturopathy Student, Rakesh Kumar Paliwal, Principal Director Income Tax MP and CG, Rajeev Sharma, Secretary Urban Development, Shubham Chouhan Tamot, Young Leader and L.S. Hardenia, Senior Journalist. The panel was chaired by Rakesh Deewan.
Srishti Sargam talked about the importance of naturopathy and appealed young people to go back on roots and see nature as the tool for healing. Umang Shridhar talked about young entrepreneurs and said that every young person should keep Quit India in their heart.
Artists from ANSH Happiness Society staged a drama on Quit India movement keeping Mahatma Gandhi in the centre under direction of Sahil Khan.
Poetry performed by Sunny Kumar Bozo, Dance performance given by Shivani Sahu on classical version of Vande Mataram and Ojasvi Verma performed on a mix songs of Patriotism and Youth.
The event was hosted and managed by the young volunteers of Ansh Happiness Society. Event concluded with the oath taken by all the participants.
