Retired Colonel V.K. Naidu pinned a miniature flag to Chief Minister Shri Shivraj Singh Chouhan on Armed Forces Day here today.
Armed Forces Day is observed to commemorate martyrdom of brave soldiers and braveness of army personnel who suffered disability during wars and glorious deeds of ex-servicemen towards service to country. Colonel S.R. Pillai of Ex-servicemen’s Welfare Directorate, Colonel D. Goyal and Shri Sanjay Naidu were present on the occasion.
