CM reaches Gwalior to pay tribute to Martyr Ram Avatar Lodhi

Rs. One Crore Samman Rashi to wife of Martyr and lifelong monthly pension of Rs. 5 thousand to mother

Shivraj Singh Chouhan reached Gwalior and paid tribute to Martyr Ram Avatar Singh Lodhi, who sacrificed his life while protecting borders. He paid tribute by laying wreath on mortal remains of Martyr Ram Avatar at Air Force Airport Maharjapura.

Chief Minister announces honorarium, job, house and pension
Chief Minister Chouhan announced that the state government will give honorarium of Rs one crore to wife of Ram Avatar, and will be extra from that which is given by the Arm. In addition, a flat or residential plot will also be provided in Gwalior so that the son and daughter of martyr Ram Avatar would be better studied.

The Chief Minister said that the state government will give lifetime pension of Rs 5,000 per month to the mother of martyr Ram Avatar. They announced installation of a statue of martyr Ram Avatar at an appropriate place and name a public place after him. Chouhan said that state government will give job to wife of the martyr or any member of their family as decided by the family.

The Chief Minister said that while giving a reply to Pakistan’s sinister intentions, 27-year-old brave boy Ram Avatar Lodhi, resident of Village Baroua of Gwalior district, sacrificed his life for protecting Motherland. Madhya Pradesh is proud of his martyrdom. His wife Rachna is now sister of entire state and his son and daughter are son and daughter of the state.

Chouhan said that worrier Rama Avatar has been given the place in the protection of Bharat Mata and the God. The Chief Minister prayed for peace to the departed soul and give strength to the bereaved family.

Apart from the Chief minister, Union Minister for Panchayati Raj and Rural Development Narendra Singh Tomar, Mayor Vivek Narayan Shejwalkar, BJP State President and Member of Parliament Nandkumar Singh Chouhan, SADA chairman Rakesh Jadaun, MLA Bharat Singh Kushwah, and other public representatives and officers of air force and army laid floral wreath on the mortal remains of the martyr at air force station. After that, his mortal remains were carried in an open vehicle for his native village Baraua with full army honour.

It is known that four army jawans including brave rifle man Ram Avatar were martyred, giving befitting reply to Pakistan’s firing near Line of Control in Poonch district of Jammu and Kashmir yesterday.
