Career College of Management imparts GD, PI and WAT training

Career College of Management (CCM) recently conducted three days Placement training on Group Discussion, Personal Interview and Written Ability Test to its final year students under the guidance of Training and Placement Cell of the College.

This training module included practice on Group Discussion, Personal Interview, Written Ability Test, Aptitude Test and various presentations on Time Management and Stress Management. Workshops on Resume Writing Skills and Non Verbal Communication were also held.

Dr. Ajay Khare, Director, Career College of Management also interacted with the students on various topics. Mr. Rajesh Srivastava and Mr. Sandeep Sonkeshariya, faculty, Career College of Management, and Mr. Sumit Sahu, faculty, Career Institute of International Management took various personality development sessions to the students.

Training and Placement Cell of Career College also assessed the students after the completion of various practice sessions and the cumulative result was prepared and informed to all participants. Priya Pillai achieved first position in the cumulative result. Sweta Singh and Akansha Thakur received second and third position respectively. In the valedictory function Dr. P. N. Tiwari, Principal, Career College motivated the students with his speech on the importance of good personality and development of self through discipline, dedication and motivation. Prof. Pradeep Jain, Director, Career Group of Institutions presented the vote of thanks to the trainers and informed students about the importance of such training sessions towards enhancing one’s career prospects in the present day competitive market.
