Campionites celebrate “Hindi Diwas”

Bhopal : The students and staff of Campion School, Arera Colony Bhopal celebrated ‘Hindi Diwas’ one day before today 13 September 2017 in the school Assembly Quadrangle due to Half yearly examination of the students.

This ‘Hindi Diwas’ was organised in the school with great zeal and fervour. ‘Hindi Diwas’ is celebrated to inculcate love for the Hindi Language and get knowledge on importance of the Hindi Diwas. A special morning assembly was organised by the “Hindi Department” of the school in which students performed Speeches, recitation and thoughts on ‘Hindi Diwas’.

The programme was organised in enthusiastic manner which witnessed tremendous participation of students. The celebration was done today with zeal and gee. On the occasion various programmes included poetry session, importance of Hindi Language, skit based on Hindi idioms and phrases were staged by the students in mesmerising manner.

Students of classes VI th to XII th brought out their creative skills by painting Drawings, Paintings, Posters Slogans on the occasion of ‘ Hindi Diwas’ in a short span of time. As part of observing ‘Hindi Diwas’ to show their appreciation towards the national language the assembly was started with a speech which highlighted the importance of Hindi in the country.

The children depicted the culture which gives youth the inspiration of how one needs to lead their lives. Chief guests of the occasion were Fr. Principal and Vice Principal addressed the students with their valuable words. Management committee member senior teacher and Lecturer Mr. Mahendra Kothari Sir was also present with all the school teachers and staff to mark the occasion.

Various cultural programmes were also present in scintillating manner by the students of Std. VI th to XII th. They recited many poems in Hindi and spoke on the importance of the language in the contemporary society.

Programme was concluded by the motivating words of the chief guest. He highlighted the importance of Language Hindi, its existence and asked to disseminate its significance, respect and value. In the Vice Principal Father Ajay Kumar Kerketta S.J., distributed prizes and encouraged the students to speak in Hindi. He also appreciated the students for their commendable performance.
