Chronicle Reporter, BhopalAt the national level the BSNL’s customer service centre in Bhopal situated at New Market has been adjudged best.
Giving information about this BSNL MP Principal General Manager (Sales & Marketing) Sandip Savarkar informed that every year best officers, employees and customer service centres of BSNL are awarded at the national level. This is a very prestigious award at the national level, which is given away by the minister of the concerned ministry.
This year the Santripti customer service centre situated at the New market has been adjudged best. In a felicitation ceremony held recently in New Delhi, hon’ble minister Manoj Sinha honoured BSNL ML Chief General Manager Dr. Mahesh Shukla. It is noteworthy that the customer service centre was not only set up by Dr. Shukla but its staff was also appointed by him.
Besides MP Telecom Circle has also registered its presence other prestigious award of BSNL “bharat Sanchar Shri”. In executive category Bhopal’s Vineet Sinha and in the non-executive category Shahbuddin got this honour and Rs 1 lakh cash award from the minister. All the employees and officers have greeted Sinha and Shahbuddin for this achievement.
