Aishwarya Rai indulges in yoga and functional training for her comeback!

AishwaryaAishwarya Rai Bachchan is not a gym person. She’s not the kinda woman who will sweat it out on the treadmill for hours. Ash instead resorts to yoga and unconventional methods like functional training for working out. While functional training focuses on individual parts of the body, yoga is a more holistic way of being in good shape. So now that Beti B aka Aaradhya Bachchan is 14 months old, Mrs Bachchan is making sure that she takes time out and gets rid of the unwanted cellulite.

The Former Miss World plans to get back on the bada barda with a bang, with a well-toned bod and an open mind. In fact, she has started talking shop with directors. We hear that she has been communicating with filmmakers like Karan Johar and Mani Ratnam. The buzz is that Ash is keen to be a part of Mani’s adaptation of Daphne Du Maurier’s classic Rebecca and Karan Johar’s Bemisal (1982) remake, and we are glad that the lady is taking some earnest efforts to give her career a boost. Ash has also started to make appearances – she was seen chatting up a storm with Anupama Chopra on The Front Row.  Well, we hope the actor finds what she’s looking for and is regular with her fitness regime!
