Additional commissioner Ashok Bhargava visited the Monovikas Vishesh Vidyalaya on Saturday.Deputy-director of Madhya Pradesh Viklang Sahayata Samiti, Father Jones stated that the additional commissioner expressed his views and said mentally challenged children’s care needs special tolerance, love and dedication. He appreciated the staff and employees.
The additional commissioner also watched performances of the children and appreciated them. He admired the efforts of the institution terming them as a noble social act. Bhargava visited Vyavsayik Parikshan Kendra, physiotherapy centre, occupational therapy centre and classes of the school too.
Head of the institution Father Tom George provided details of activities of the institution. He said the institution had been working for mentally challenged children for the past 20 years to provide maximum benefits to such children. During the visit joint commissioner Pratik Sonwalkar was also present.
