BHEL to make Nuke equipment 

Madhya Pradesh would get one more achievement in industrial sector in the coming days. After nuke deal with America, turbines and other equipment related to nuclear power plant would be prepared in BHEL-Bhopal unit. Union Energy, Commerce and Industries State Minister, Jairam Ramesh on Tuesday informed that Bhopal unit would supply these turbines to the atomic energy centres of Tamil Nadu, Gujarat and Uttar Pradesh. With this new art of producing electricity from nuclear power the state is going to get a grand achievement. Now efforts should be made to give benefit to the state. A large number of skilled youths would be needed for the maintenance of nuclear plants and equipment. For the nuclear technology related work the state government should start requirement of fulfilling skilled persons. Beginning of related subjects in ITI and polytechnics should be thought and immediate initiative should be taken in this direction. ITI trained youths would be recruited in BHEL in the coming days. It would take few years in giving shape to the scheme going to begin here. The youths could be given employment and would be trained in this regard. Mukesh Ambani's Reliance company is planning to produce oil from Coal. It is new technique for the state. In this connection the skilled youths would be needed. The government would have to chalk out strategy as to how it could help the state in giving benefit. It is pride for the state that preparing of equipment for nuclear plants would start from BHEL-Bhopal.
