CM redresses 14 complaints: Samadhan Online

Bhopal, Aug 5: Chief Minister Shivraj Singh Chouhan redressed 14 complaints through video conferencing under Samadhan Online programme at Mantralaya here today.

Narbad Baiga of village Badagon in Umaria district complained that more amount is recorded in his loan book than he has taken as loan. The Chief Minister directed to lodge an FIR against concerning employee of the Regional Rural Bank. The Chief Minister also directed to provide assistance to Baiga under National Rural Employment Guarantee Scheme for construction of a well and to install a diesel pump on the well. The Chief Minister also directed to provide security to the complainant on his demand.

During the enquiry made by the Chief Minister from the district collector and the complainant it came to light that repayment of Rs 1.90 lakh has also been shown in his account. According to the complainant he has received only Rs 55000 as loan whereas the bank has shown Rs 2.80 lakh given as loan to him.

On a complaint of Pramesh Shrivastava of Sidhi district the Chief Minister directed the water resources department to give him compassionate appointment. The complainant informed the Chief Minister that his father was an assistant draftsman. On his death he was denied compassionate appointment rejecting his experience of photocopier issued by a private institute. He pointed out that when no government agency conducts a course of photocopy machine operator, then his certificate should be recognised and appointments be given in three other cases also.

Another complaint was made by the widow of late Rammulal of village Piparia in Vidisha district, who had died in Karila Mata temple incident. The Chief Minister sanctioned an assistance of Rs one lakh from the Chief Minister's discretionary fund to her.

Chouhan directed to sanction the case of Gordhanlal Dangi under Kapildhara scheme in village Saikanpur in Khilchipur tehsil of Rajgarh district and to suspend the Gram Panchayat secretary and patwari. The sarpanch has already been removed from his post in this case. The Chief Minister directed to provide relief to Hari Singh of village Alania in Shajapur district as per the provisions of the RBC and sanctioned Rs ten thousand to him from his discretionary fund.

He also directed for action against employees responsible for delay in payment of relief. He directed to pay within three months the compensation to Prem Singh of village Avantipur Badodia in Shajapur district whose land had been acquired for road construction.

It was informed during the programme that encroachment has been removed from the service land of Parvat, the Kotwar of village Manpur in Ujjain district. The Chief Minister directed to take necessary action against the encroacher and to recover the expenditure incurred on removing it. Similarly, the Chief Minister directed to secure justice to Anjani Singh of village Bandaura in Singrauli district in a case pertaining to mutation. The Chief Minister also directed to take action as per rules on the complaints made by Ms Meerabai Asati of Jabalpur and Patiraj of village Bhuvansawangi in Chhindwara district.

On the application of Ms Vani Trivedi of Jabalpur to consider waiver of tuition fee for her post graduation study under Gaon Ki Beti scheme the Chief Minister said that a policy decision would be taken soon in this regard. Chouhan directed for redressal within 15 days of a complaint regarding payment of contractor of Gwalior Municipal Corporation by Vimal Jain of Bhopal.

The Chief Minister directed the concerning collectors to allot land for construction of houses in Khandwa, Dewas and Katni municipal areas under Integrated Slums Housing Programme. He expressed displeasure over delay in distribution of honorarium and incentive amount to Anganwadi workers/ assistants in Sidhi, Jhabua and Badwani districts. He directed the collectors to ensure timely payment of the same. He directed to send him a report about recovery of honorarium paid to Anganwadi workers in Jhabua district.

Chouhan took a serious view of delay in sanction of proposals of forest department pertaining to stop dam construction in Raisen, Sehore and Vidisha districts. Chouhan directed to stop unnecessary correspondence and sanction the proposals by convening a meeting a concerning agencies.

Additional Chief Secretary Pradeep Bhargava, Principal Secretary Public Works Department PD Meena, Principal Secretary, Water Resources Department Arvind Joshi, Principal Secretary, Urban Administration Raghav Chandra, Principal Secretary Woman and Child Development Ms Tinu Joshi, Chief Minister's Secretary Iqbal Singh Bains, Secretary, Labour PD Meena, Commissioner, Pnnchayat and Social Justice M Mohan Rao and Commissioner, Woman and Child Development Ms Kalpana Shrivastava were also present during the programme.
