A Sri Lankan security officer attached to Indian Prime Minister Manmohan Singh went missing, causing embarrassing moments to both the hosts and the Indians, a newspaper said on Sunday.
 
35 killed in fresh fighting in Lanka  

Colombo, Aug 4:
Sri Lankan troops repulsed an attempt by Tamil rebels to retake a recently captured guerrilla stronghold in heavy fighting that killed 21 rebels and three soldiers, the military said Monday.
