With a smart rally in the last two days of the week, Indian equity markets recovered losses suffered in the early part of the week to end Friday slightly higher than last week's closing.

Toyota to make 1L units of hybrid cars 

Tokyo, July 19:
Toyota Motor Corp plans to produce 100,000 units a year of a new hybrid-only model slated for release in 2009 at a subsidiary in southern Japan, the Nikkei business daily reported on Saturday.
