Bhopal, July 5: Chief Minister, Shivraj Singh Chouhan said that the government is committed to maintain peace and harmony and to protect the interest of whole community.

Chief Minister in an issued statement said that strict directives have been given to district officials of Indore that they should take impartial and strict action to maintain law and order situation and control the elements who try to spread rumour.

He appealed the citizens to maintain peaceful atmosphere and not to pay attention over the rumour.

He further said that situation is completely under control in Indore. He said that some persons want to take political advantage of the situation. Such people may not be in interest of public.
