Legal litterary camp held

Bhopal, July 3: Under the guidence of the chairman of District Legal Service Tribunal, Bhopal and District and Session Judge Gulab Sharma, secretary and District Registrar RK Jain a legal litterary camp was organsied under the series of legal litterary camp on Tuesday at village Kuthar, Berasia Road under Gunga Police Station.

Ram Kumar Chaubey, Additional District and Session Judge, Bhopal expressed his views in inaugural session and said that legal rights can be protected though the awareness. There is no need legal expert for it. The villagers can contact at District Legal Service Tribunal,Bhopal for getting assistance and legal suggestion with free of cost. He also made direct dialouge to contract with the villagers and heard the various problems and difficulties of the villagers.

He also directed to the presence officials/employees that they must solve their problems. On the occasion, Vaibhav Mandloi, First Class Judicial Magistriat was present and informed in brief about varuious schemes of the tribunal as well as registration of vehicle, insurance, driving lisence accident claim etc.

Ms Anjana Bhadauriya, lawyer informed about provision of the domestic violence and conservation of women. She also appealed to the women that they must aware about injustice. The camp was conducted by the Advocate Prashant Pathak, Member of District Legal Service Tribunal, Bhopal and informed in brief about the provision of consumer protection act.

On the occasion, District Legal Assistance Officer Mahesh Soni, advocate Ms Sunita Rajput, Sarpanch and large number of officials/employees and local residents were also present.
