Tata Motors is working on new variants of its Rs one-lakh car Nano to overcome challenges posed by high fuel prices, which could negatively impact vehicle sales, company Chairman Ratan Tata has said.

Rel Money not to pursue Dubai Mercantile offer

Anil Ambani Group firm Reliance Money today said it has been approached by Dubai Mercantile Exchange for picking up a stake in the bourse, but the company has decided not to pursue the deal.

Kolkata-based UCO Bank has waived agriculture loans totalling Rs.2,625 cr, its chairman and managing director S.K. Goyal has said.
 
Bajaj motorcycle sales up 8% 

New Delhi, July 1:
Country's second largest two-wheeler maker Bajaj Auto on Tuesday reported an 8 per cent rise in its motorcycle sales in June at 1,75,903 units compared to 1,62,730 units in the same month last year.

Gold prices remained firm on Tuesday as foreign markets stayed close to a five-week high supported by rising crude oil and a slipping dollar that boosted the appeal of the inflation-resistant yellow metal.
