Aanapaan is Vipashyana's first stage

Bhopal, May 27: Our life is so busy that we are always thinking of one thing or the other. Often, it has become very difficult for us to control our mind and concentrate on any thing in particular. At times we may loose our control and shout at others for no good reason and repent about the incident later. Here comes Yoga to save you from such situation.

Yoga camps are being organised at different areas in the city. One such camp is being organised for children at the Lions Senior Citizen Home, Kolar Road by Madhya Pradesh Vipshyana Samiti, Bhopal. Children of the age group of 8-12 years are allowed to attend the camp. We are told that whatever you learnt during childhood will guide you in future. If children are given good education and manners and mentally prepared, they will be secured in future. That is why the society is concentrating 'Aanapaan' means control of mind in normal course. Breathing is a bridge that connects mind and body. It is like a friend who is always with us and which informs immediately when the mind is out of control. It also helps us to control our mind.

In this age even children are under pressure. They need concentration of mind to win competitions. Removing of fear from the mind and prepare them to face any difficulty is the main aim of this camp. It has been observed that regular practice of 'Aanapaan' improved the concentration of children. The children are very active and agile they will learn whatever you teach them.

U S Baware said that such camps are being held throughout the world. And the results of the camps are very encouraging. The children are benefited by the 'Aanapaan'. They take correct decision at difficult times. He said that such camps will be organised on all Sundays in May and June. The timings of the camp is 9 aAM to 4 PM.
