Avoid dog inside home

Keeping dogs in homes depends on various aspects including affordability, need and surrounding environment. Dogs do ensure safety of homes and habitants to a great extent. But having a dog in home involves huge monthly expenditure and every needy or desirous one cannot afford having a dog at his home. Surrounding environment should be open. It is totally unhygienic to have pet dogs in homes of congested streets. Pets spread all types of dirtiness in streets if not at homes. It is unfair to have pets in homes of congested streets like in Old Delhi.

However, affording people with adequate space available should instead give preference to have cows at their homes. It will provide fresh and pure milk. It will eliminate need of private but unauthorized dairies inside urban areas. Otherwise also, it will be an aspect of great religious importance for majority Hindus in this country.
