Bagh Sewania police have arrested three youths who used to supply blue film CDs in the hostels. Police recovered a large number of obscene CDs, colour television and DVD.
According to police, they got information through informer that Santosh Goswami, resident of Nariyal Kheda supplies blue film CDs.
On the information the police surrounded the area in the morning and arrested Santosh Goswami from Ret Bazar.
Police recovered 25 blue film CDs from his possession. The accused also revealed the name of Sanjay Jain the owner of SK Electricals, Mandideep. Police taking immediate action raided at SK Electricals in Mandideep and recovered 50 blue film CDs, a colour television and two DVD.
Police also recovered 15 obscene CDs from his servant Pramod Kumar Vishwakarma's possession.
Police said that the accused used to supply colour televisions, obscene CDs and DVD to the hostellers living in Piplani, Bag Sewania, Habibganj and MP Nagar hostels.
The accused used to recover Rs 100-500 from the students against blue film CDs. Police have registered cases under section 292 of act 1986 against the accused.
3 bikes recovered from notorious vehicle thief

Parvalia Sadak police arresting a notorious vehicle thief during vehicle checking recovered three stolen motorcycles . The accused basically is the resident of Guna district.
Police told that during vehicle checking on National Highway a bike rider was stopped and police demanded documents of the vehicle but the accused did not reply satisfactorily.
He was brought at the police station where in interrogation he accepted that the motorcycle MP-39/MA-0638 was stolen from Bus Stand Rajgarh before 20 days.
Police arresting the accused Pappu alias Raja alias Dharmendra Rajput(19) , resident of Raghogarh, Guna registered a theft case against him.
The accused in police interrogation accepted that he had stolen motorcycle MP-38/C-8911from Sagar Road Raisen, motorcycle MP-04/MH-7232 from Shubham hotel, Mubarakpur.
Police have recovered both the motorcycles on the basis of identification of the accused. Several cases are registered against the accused in several police stations including Raghogarh police station.
Satta bookies held

The Gandhi Nagar Police on Sunday arrested two bookies in connection with the ongoing IPL matches.
The police have seized Rs 24 thousand from them and found satta booking chits worth about Rs two lakh from their possession.
While addressing a press conference, Superintendent of Police Jaideep Prasad said the arrested are Prakash Meghani, a Bairagarh resident used to run a satta racket in Gandhi Nagar area.
On the instruction of Gandhi Nagar Police Station incharge S R Jha, a raid was conducted in the Shivaji Nagar Ward. In the raid, police team arrested Manish (22) son of Gyanchandra Sindhi and Jagdish (33) who doing bookings for the satta for the ongoing IPL matches.
From the arrested, police found Rs 24,000 cash, satta booking chits worth Rs 1 lakh 64 thousand, a colour TV, two calculators and seven mobiles.
At the time of the raid, both accused were making satta bookings on telephones. However, the main accused Prakash Sindhi is at large, police added.
