Women and girls learn painting

Bhopal, May 24: Every human being wants to be aware of Indian culture and tradition. It doesn't matter whether he takes interest in culture of any particular state. Every man wants to understand the culture and tradition of his country. When Indian culture is presented through the medium of painting then it is very interesting.

Today it was witnessed at Museum of Man where training for Maharashtra Barali paintings is under way.

In this training camp many girls and women were present. Bhopal Today Team talked to some aspiring girls and women regarding their passion for art.

Soma Agrawal, a housewife, says, "One should learn something new during summer vacation so I came here. I enjoyed with paintings. In this camp, artists from Maharashtra have come who are giving training of this art."

Harshita Singh, a student says, "I feel very good. Today I have come along with my mummy. My mother and I both have been registered in this training camp. I am fully hopeful that I will learn this Maharashtra style of paintings.

According to Mahima Singhai, a housewife, today she drew sketch of Barali painting. This painting is drawn over the cotton cloth with red oxide paint.

Raghunath Bangar said, 'I have come here to teach the famous painting of Maharashtra Barali painting.
