Changing faces of challenges

Bhopal, May 19: The challenging nature and aim of the youngsters are also changing with the changing time. Earlier the youngsters were happy for a settled life with a good job that draws a handsome salary; but today their challenges and ambitions are totally changed. Now a good employment or a palatial house is not of their challenge. Now they are not believing in quantity of life but taking the quality of life as their challenge. When we talk about career, youngsters seem more inclined to management and commerce as a challenge. This became evident during interview of some of them by Bhopal Today Team.

Tarushikha said that carving out image and identity is a great challenge for her. 'I want to be an Engineer, it is the great challenge for me, she added.

Rajeev Saxena said that I want to be a successful psychiatrist and I accept that the President of the country Dr Abdul Kalam is an exemplar. It is great challenges for me to follow the way of him.

Sheetal Chauhan said that everyone has to face different types of challenge. I want to complete PhD and it is a great challenge for me; it's my dream.

Basant Rajak said that career is the first great challenge for me. Social responsibilities are other challenges in our fast-paced life.

Specialists say

Dr Vinay Mishra, psychiatrist said that today's youngsters accept that the personality development is the great challenge from career. Awareness has increased among the people and everyone has knowledge about technology as a result personality development and the proper use of language are great challenges for youngsters.

Kakoli Roay, psychiatrist said that the main motto of the youngsters is to secure position in glamour world and media and it is the great challenge for the youngsters.
