Sky has been a centre of curiosity for human being for years. The day and night in the sky always have been attracting him forever. With a view to this curiosity man has become developing on the path of science.
Such activities at regional science centre are attracting the children towards it.
Workshop is being run for last few days. In this connection the children got a chance to see the sky with the help of telescope in which the children saw the activities of the sun.
Sun was seen like a dark point which is an adventurous experience.
The children begin to think that whether the sun may be crore times big. But all the answers of curiosity of children met with the help of workshop inspectors and teachers.
At night when the moon, stars, galaxies and different star groups are seen the children get filled with happiness. We talked with the children in this connection and knew about their experience.
Sagar Mukherjee of class 8th studying in St Joseph Convent School says, I always remain curious to see the sky. In summer the sky remains clear so it seems filled with stars. I like seven stars most. I came to know about the sun in regional science centre.
Kopal Shrivastava said, "I have dreamt to become an astronomer in my life. We came to know about different fields here. We also came to know about revolving of the earth in its axis and the activities of sun and moon.
Ayush Kashyap a student of class 8th of St Mary School said that he want to become a scientist in future. The sun is the creator of this world. It is on top in the whole universe. I came to know about all the information in better way at regional science centre.
Shashank Jain a student of class 6th of Sri Bhawan Bharatiya Public School said that in summer in the workshop of science centre we get a golden chance to know a lot about universe. This knowledge would be helpful to us forever. We can increase our general knowledge with these activities in life.
