62 poor girls to get married

Bhopal, May 15: The Zenith Education and Social Welfare Organisation and Sleha Magazine has organised a function in which 62 poor girls will be married at the Four Season Lawn, Koh-e-Fiza, Bhopal on May 17.

Organiser Jahid Khan informed that such programmes have been held every year since last nine years. He said that this was the third such programme in the last six months. Under the government programme of 'Kanyadan', Rs 5000 is being provided. The brides will be given household items and 50 relations of the bride and grooms will be given food after the marriage. The marriages will be held at 8 PM. Ministers Babulal Gour and Laxmikant Sharma would be chief guests, Jahid Khan informed.

Nav Janwadi Noujavan Sabha conf begins

Bhopal, May 15: The first state level conference of Nav Janwadi Noujavan Sabha will be held near New Vegetable Market on 16th and 17th May. More than 100 delegates from all over the state will participate.

The conference will discuss the report on organisation and political situation. A resolution on the difficulties faced by the youth will be passed. Moreover, discussions will be held over the organisational work.

State coordinator of the Sabha Vijay Sen informed that even after 60 years of independence, no improvement has been seen in the society. The basic necessities like bread, clothes, house, education etc are still a dream to many, he said. Every year the number of unemployed youth is increasing. He said that all these problems will be discussed at the conference.
